Liberty ATA Martial Arts offers karate, fitness, bullying prevention, child safety, and self defense training for children and adults. Classes are taught by our nationally certified instructors in a safe, fun, positive environment.
Liberty ATA Martial Arts and Karate for Kids is conveniently located in Windsor Plaza (old Acme plaza) at 64 Princeton Hightstown Road in West Windsor, NJ. We proudly serve the towns of Princeton Junction, West Windsor, Plainsboro, and Cranbury.
Our Karate for Kids program has been developed for children 3-13. In addition to karate, self defense, and fitness training our Karate for Kids program teaches bullying prevention, child safety, and essential life skills like listening, paying attention, and following directions, while developing self confidence, perseverance, respect, and many other positive habits.
Our Teen and Adult Karate program has been developed for ages 14 and older. Each class offers traditional karate, fitness, and real world self defense training in a fun friendly environment.
